Funding offered at the Copenhagen Business School scholarship

advantagesDoctoral scholarship recipients will receive a salary of approximately DKK 27,871 up to DKK 33,659 depending on seniority and a pension contribution totaling 17.1%. The scholarship includes tuition, accommodation, course, and travel costs (in accordance with the current CBS agreement).

Requirements for applying for the Copenhagen Business School scholarship
Eligible countries: All countries are eligible. (United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Djibouti, Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Comoros, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen).
Specialties available: The doctorate is in the field of information systems in the broad sense and more precisely in the coupling of the industrial Internet of things (IIoT), artificial intelligence and digital economic models.
Eligibility criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet all of the following / specific criteria:
Qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Digital platforms and / or digital infrastructures.
Digital ecosystems and digital business models.
Industrial applications of the Internet of Things and / or artificial intelligence in an industrial context.
Understanding of associated information systems and strategic management theory.
Fluency in written and oral English
Obtaining a basic training at master’s level (corresponding to the Bologna 3 + 2 process)
Have obtained a mark of 10 (or the equivalent) for their master’s thesis according to the Danish 7-point grading scale (https://eng.uvm.dk/general-overview/7-point-grading-scale)
Have a cumulative grade point average of at least 8.2 on the Danish 7 point rating scale for the combined bachelor’s and master’s degrees or, alternatively, a cumulative grade point average of at least 9.5 for the master’s degree alone
Completed a master’s program before starting a doctoral program at CBS.
